Masao Akaho founded Shinsei Shokai, a company based on bag manufacturing machines

Established Shinsei Shokai Co., Ltd. at Takamichi-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya
June, 1971
Transferred the office to Suwa-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Built the new plant at the same place
1976 - 1977
Developed the cup sealer for Toyo Suisan Kaisha, Ltd.
June, 1977
Transferred the office from Nagoya to Minami-Koshigaya, Koshigaya, Saitama, Built the new plant at the same place
October, 1981
Transferred the office to 2945-3 Nishikata, Koshigaya (present location), Built the new plant at the same place (scale expansion)
August 5, 1993
Changed company name to Shinsei Co., Ltd.
October, 1996
Developed the bag filling machine, Exhibited at JAPAN PACK '96
